Position Details Schedule: Monday - Friday, 5:00am until route completion (home daily with weekends off!) Base Pay: $21.33/hr - $22.31/hr Earning Potential: Earn up to 10% additional incentive pay for meeting goals, with stretch opportunities for an extra 6% (paid every 4 weeks) Location: Tolleson, AZ area with local routes What You’ll Do Local Routes - Local routes, home daily - we value your weekends! What You’ll Need (REQUIRED) Current valid US Driver's License Class D Ability to maintain a safe driving history Must be 21 years of age or older Physical capability to lift 50 pounds unassisted Ability to alternate between sitting and standing for extended periods (3+ hours each) Must meet and maintain DOT physical requirements Preferred 1-2 years of professional driving experience Strong verbal communication skills for client interaction Problem-solving abilities and adaptability Experience in logistics, delivery, or healthcare industries Your Work Environment, Benefits & Perks At McKesson, our top priority is health, and we know this begins with our employees.
