Job Title: Powder Coating Mask Inspector Job Description: We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Powder Coating Mask Inspector to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for inspecting and ensuring the integrity and quality of masking on products prior to the powder coating process. As an integral part of our quality control team, you will help us maintain our high standards and exceed our clients' expectations. Key Responsibilities:
- Inspect pre-masking and post-masking of products to ensure quality and accuracy.
- Verify that masking materials and techniques meet specified requirements for powder coating.
- Identify and report any defects or inconsistencies in masking applications.
- Assist in the continuous improvement of masking processes and procedures.
- Follow all safety and quality regulations to maintain a safe work environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Keen attention to detail with a commitment to quality assurance.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work independently and effectively manage time.
- Physical capability to lift and move products, as necessary.
