Travel RN - Inpatient Acute Rehabilitation Location Assignment Duration This is a 13-week contract position. Schedule Shifts are from 5:00 PM to 5:00 AM, with prioritization for night shift help. Job Description As a Travel RN in our Inpatient Acute Rehabilitation unit, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive nursing care to patients undergoing rehabilitation. You will work alongside a dynamic team and participate in the discharge preparations, ensuring each patient receives the highest quality care. Responsibilities Provide Med/Surg nursing care with a focus on rehabilitation. Conduct daily rounds with patients and prepare them for discharge. Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) and 1:1 patient mealtime. Perform mobility transfers safely using appropriate transfer equipment. Manage Foley care, NG management, and PICC/midline care. Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure Current BLS certification is required. Experience in Med/Surg nursing; rehabilitation background preferred but not required. Advanced skills in transfer training of patients safely are essential.
