A well-established, mission-driven healthcare organization in Texas is seeking a dedicated Primary Care Nurse Practitioner to join its growing outpatient team in Conroe.

This is an excellent opportunity for an APP seeking a predictable schedule, light patient volume, and true work-life balance in a supportive, community-focused environment.
Monday-Friday schedule (8:00 AM - 5:00 PM)

Provide comprehensive primary care to patients of all ages in an outpatient setting

Nurse Practitioner
* Experience in primary care required (2 years), no new grads
