Proficiency in business software platforms (Zenoti). Excellent multitasking and organizational skills. Professionalism And Knowledge Participate in daily huddles and keep the tracker up to date. Be knowledgeable about all products and services offered. Focus on asking more questions than talking to understand client needs better.
