Contract (13 Weeks) | Days | Onsite | Outpatient: Monday–Friday; Swing Bed: 7 Days with Flex Scheduling

Key Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services across multiple settings including pediatric outpatient, long-term care, and swing bed
• Manage a diverse caseload spanning a good mix of patient demographics and age ranges
• Develop and implement treatment plans appropriate to the setting and patient type
• Participate in aquatic therapy programming utilizing available specialty equipment and a large pediatric gym
• Document patient care using WebPT and Medhost EMR systems
• Maintain a productivity standard of 88% and demonstrate willingness to flex hours and participate in on-call coverage for swing bed as needed

Required Qualifications

• Active Occupational Therapist (OT) license in the state of Mississippi (or compact eligibility)
• Willingness to learn across multiple care settings and patient populations
• Ability to work flexible hours within a 7:00 AM–5:00 PM operational window
• Comfort with on-call availability for swing bed coverage
• Proficiency or ability to quickly learn WebPT and Medhost documentation systems

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in pediatric occupational therapy
• Experience in outpatient, long-term care, or swing bed settings
• Familiarity with aquatic therapy techniques and programming
