Receptionist
Northern Clearing is seeking a full-time Front Desk Receptionist. This position will answer phones and assist and support various departments within the company.
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
- Answer and direct all incoming phone calls. Greet incoming clients and visitors with a friendly and positive attitude.
- General administrative support including, but not limited to, maintaining the office calendar and ordering office supplies.
- This position will also support and assist other departments as needed.
SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS
A successful candidate will be personable, organized, and detail orientated. The right candidate will have excellent verbal and written communication skills. Must be proficient with Microsoft Office, Adobe, and other related software.
