Our client is an industry-leading technology company delivering innovative payment and software solutions that power self-service industries across North America and internationally. They are seeking a motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) who is eager to build a successful career in sales and business development.

This is a highly outbound, growth-oriented role for someone who enjoys building relationships, creating opportunities, and contributing to revenue growth. The ideal candidate is competitive, coachable, resilient, and energized by engaging prospective customers through phone and email outreach.

Responsibilities
Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting through phone calls, email campaigns, and other sales outreach efforts.
Identify and develop new business opportunities within target accounts and markets.
Engage existing customers to identify opportunities for additional products and services.
Qualify leads and schedule meetings for Account Executives and Sales leaders.
Execute timely and consistent follow-up with prospects throughout the sales cycle.
Maintain accurate records of outreach activity, customer interactions, and opportunity progress within Salesforce.
Track performance metrics, including call activity, meetings booked, pipeline generation, and conversion rates.
Develop a strong understanding of the company's products, services, customers, and industry landscape.
Collaborate closely with sales leadership and cross-functional teams to drive pipeline growth and revenue generation.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent professional experience.
- 1+ years of experience in sales, customer service, recruiting, hospitality, fundraising, or another client-facing environment preferred.
- Strong interest in building a long-term career in sales.
- Comfortable making cold calls and engaging prospects through outbound outreach.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Highly competitive, goal-oriented, and motivated by achievement.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain consistent follow-up.
- Self-starter with a proactive mindset and a willingness to take initiative.
- Experience using CRM platforms such as Salesforce is a plus.
