Overview Physical Therapy Assistant (LTAC) travel assignment in Ennis, Texas. Start date 10/05/2026 for 13 weeks. 36 hours guaranteed per week, day shift, in a long-term care (LTC) nursing home setting. Weekly pay ranges from $1,405 to $1,448. Key Highlights Weekly pay: $1,405-$1,448 per week Guaranteed hours: 36 hours per week Contract duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day Start date: 10/05/2026 Setting: LTAC / long-term care Responsibilities Provide PTA services under supervision of a licensed physical therapist in a LTAC setting Implement treatment plans through therapeutic exercises, gait training, balance and coordination activities, ROM and strength programs Assist patients with activities of daily living and mobility, including transfers and adaptive equipment use Monitor patient progress, document outcomes, and communicate changes in status to the supervising PT Maintain a safe, clean, and organized therapy environment; ensure proper equipment setup and infection control Collaborate with nursing staff and other disciplines to support comprehensive patient care Requirements Active Physical Therapy Assistant license in Texas Associate degree in Physical Therapy Assisting Experience in a LTAC or skilled nursing environment preferred Ability to work the day shift and travel for a 13-week assignment Strong communication skills and ability to work as part of a multidisciplinary team Benefits and Support 24/7 recruiter and travel support Dedicated support throughout the assignment Nationwide travel opportunities Fast credentialing processes (where applicable) PAY DISCLAIMER RULE Please note: Pay rates and guaranteed hours are estimates and may vary.
