With direction from the Site Director, the ASD will work cooperatively with Supervisors to manage the day-to-day operations of the Aviation Security Officer guard force. Responsibilities: Working closely with teammates; monitors and directs the application of the security functions specified in the contract Have some knowledge of TSA regulations and apply as appropriate in daily responsibilities Station staffing, development of scheduling procedures, initial badging and in some cases, licensing are items under this position Manage the staffing to meet contract requirements inclusive of attendance, performance, and corrective actions in accordance with Human Resource policies #J-18808-Ljbffr Global Elite Group
