Key Responsibilities\nIn your role as an LMFT, you will:

- Conduct thorough assessments of individuals and families to identify mental health issues and develop personalized treatment plans. \n
- Facilitate therapy sessions with couples, providing a safe space for open dialogue and healing. \n
- Engage in individual therapy with clients, focusing on their unique experiences and emotional needs. \n
- Address a variety of clinical issues, including but not limited to: \n
- Alcohol and substance abuse \n
- Physical and psychological abuse survivors \n
- Grief and loss challenges \n
- Family conflicts and communication barriers \n
- Adjustment difficulties related to separation and divorce \n
- Support for blended family dynamics and step-family transitions \n
- Job-related stress and medical issues affecting mental health \n
- Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of client progress and treatment outcomes. \n
- Collaborate with other mental health professionals, including psychiatrists, social workers, and primary care providers, to ensure a holistic approach to care. \n
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay current with best practices in therapy and mental health care. \n

Your work will primarily involve working with adults, adolescents, and families who exhibit a range of mental health challenges. You will be responsible for understanding and addressing the unique needs of each individual, fostering a trusting therapeutic relationship that promotes healing and personal growth.
Qualifications\n- \n
- Current state licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT). \n
- Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related mental health field. \n
- A strong commitment to patient care, clinical excellence, and ethical standards. \n

- Three or more years of direct clinical experience providing therapy in a comparable setting. \n
- Experience with diverse populations and knowledge of culturally competent therapeutic practices. \n
