Role Overview The registered nurse is responsible for providing safe, individualized, and high-quality patient care according to the nursing process and professional standards. She/He assesses, plans, implements, and evaluates patient treatment, collaborating with the healthcare team and involving families when appropriate. The nurse delegates and manages care delivery by colleagues and supports professional development. Key Responsibilities Deliver safe and effective patient care tailored to individual needs Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient treatment plans Coordinate communication with healthcare team and families Delegate and supervise care provided by colleagues Promote ongoing professional growth Qualifications & Skills Graduate from an accredited nursing program Active Alaska Registered Nurse License Current BLS certification; ACLS within 90 days of hire At least 1 year of nursing experience preferred Additional Information This role offers comprehensive benefits, competitive pay ranging from $45.04 to $79.13 per hour, and multiple shift options.
