Lyrad Physical Therapy is seeking a dedicated and passionate Physical Therapist to join our vibrant team in Perth Amboy, New Jersey. As a full-time Physical Therapist, you will play a crucial role in patient rehabilitation, providing customized treatment plans and promoting patient wellness as they navigate their recovery journeys. This position is primarily an onsite role at our specialized rehabilitation facility in Perth Amboy, New Jersey. You will work a standard 40-hour schedule from Monday to Friday, immersing yourself in a collaborative environment that values clinical excellence and community outreach. Our facility is equipped with state-of-the-art tools and technologies designed to support your therapeutic interventions and enhance patient outcomes. Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess patients' movement capabilities and establish relevant treatment plans based on physician referrals. Utilize evidence-based practices to provide therapeutic exercises, manual therapy techniques, and modalities to promote healing and recovery. Document patient progress meticulously, maintaining accurate records to facilitate effective communication among interdisciplinary teams. Contribute to a positive patient experience through excellent customer service and effective communication skills. In this role, you will serve a varied patient population, including individuals recovering from orthopedic injuries, pediatric challenges, neurological conditions, and sports-related ailments. By addressing the unique needs of each patient, you will help them gain strength and mobility, ultimately enhancing their quality of life. A Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program. A valid state license to practice as a Doctor of Physical Therapy as mandated by the Physical Therapy Examining Committee. Minimum of two years of hands-on clinical experience in a rehabilitation setting. CPR certification is required to ensure readiness in emergency situations. Proficiency in using electronic health records and other relevant technology for routine documentation and patient management. Experience with diverse patient populations, particularly in orthopedic, pediatric, neurologic, and sports medicine specialties. Demonstrated success in building rapport with patients and collaborating with healthcare professionals. This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from $100,000 to $120,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
