Benson Blvd. During a typical day, you will:Deliver results on store profitability goalsProvide quality customer sales experience through efficient execution of all customer transactionsHandle cash and accurately enter transactions into the systemContact customers over the phone with past due balances and negotiate payment terms and schedulesHire and develop the branch teamManage the team to ensure targets are metAudit documentation to ensure accuracyEnsure safety, security, and compliance policies are followedSuccessful candidates will:Have a minimum of one year experience in a management or team lead roleHave a minimum of one year of financial services and sales experienceBe sales driven and customer service focusedHave a passion for sales and developing a sales teamHave a track record of developing a sales team and achieving sales goalsHave previous cash handling experienceHave a high school diploma or equivalent work experienceMoney Mart is committed to accommodating applicant's with disabilities up to the point of undue hardship during the recruitment, assessment, and selection process.
