About this agency Specialized Experience (Credit for Specialized Experience on resume must reflect 40 hours/Full-time per week for each period of work): GS-12 : You must have one (1) year of specialized experience that has equipped you with the particular knowledge, skills, and abilities to successfully perform the duties of the position, and that is typically in or related to the work of the position to be filled. To be creditable, specialized experience must have been equivalent to at least the GS-11 level in the Federal Government or other equivalent pay systems. Specialized experience includes: Experience developing, implementing, and executing data management and reporting processes, using master data management tools (e.g., Informatica MDM Data Director or similar), business intelligence tools (e.g., Oracle BI, Power BI, Tableau, or similar), and/or automation tools (e.g., Power Platform, robotic process automation (RPA), or similar); Experience developing data standards and implementing measures for the assessment and improvement of existing data management processes, policies, and systems; AND Experience working collaboratively with other internal or external data partners (IT, business users, etc.). Education cannot be substituted for experience at the GS-12 grade level.
