Job Summary Core Medical Group is seeking a travel Home Health Physical Therapist for a travel job in Missouri City, Texas. Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Physical Therapist Discipline: Therapy Start Date: 02/26/2026 Duration: 13 weeks 40 hours per week Shift: 8 hours Employment Type: Travel Shift Details 8 hours a day and 32-34 patients a week. Weekly guarantee: 40 hours. Holiday and OT: no holidays or weekends unless approved. Start date: ASAP. Contact: 13 weeks. Required experience: 2 years Home Health experience (excludes private duty). Specific region: Northwest (Spring, Jersey Village, Katy above I-10), SW (Missouri City, Sugarland, Katy below I-10), and SE area's (Texas City, La Port, Pearland).
