Technician

Banister Automotive Group is seeking experienced, motivated, and career-focused Automotive Service Technicians to join our growing team. Compensation Flat Rate Pay: $21.00 - $35.00 per flagged hour Compensation based on experience, certifications, skill level, and performance Consistent workflow and earning potential Responsibilities Perform vehicle inspections, diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs according to manufacturer standards Diagnose and repair engine, transmission, brake, steering, suspension, electrical, HVAC, and drivability concerns Accurately document repair recommendations and completed work Communicate effectively with service advisors and management regarding repair status and additional service needs Maintain productivity and efficiency goals while ensuring quality workmanship Follow all dealership safety policies and procedures Keep work area clean and organized Participate in manufacturer and dealership training programs Qualifications ASE Certifications preferred but not required Manufacturer certifications are a plus Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills Ability to operate shop equipment and diagnostic tools Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality repairs Ability to work independently and as part of a team Competitive Flat Rate Compensation Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance 401(k) Paid Time Off Paid Holidays Employee Vehicle Purchase Program Ongoing Training and Career Development Advancement Opportunities Within a Growing Automotive Group Why Join Banister Automotive Group?
