Primary Care Physician (Internal Medicine | Family Medicine | Med-Peds | OBGYN) Location: Los Angeles, CA | Internal Medicine San Bernardino, CA | OBGYN Salary: $285,000–$335,000, based on experience | Potential sign-on bonus We are seeking a full-time Internal Medicine Physician to join a busy, mission-driven outpatient clinic in Los Angeles, CA. This role is ideal for physicians who enjoy building long-term patient relationships and delivering comprehensive, high-quality care. Open to new graduates and experienced physicians. Schedule Monday–Friday | Clinic Hours: 8:30 AM–5:00 PM Two Saturdays per month – Weekday off provided during weeks a Saturday is worked | Clinic Hours: 7:00 AM–3:30 PM Admin day every other week (non-patient facing) What You’ll Be Doing Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care to a diverse patient population Conduct patient evaluations, physical exams, and medical assessments Review medical histories, medications, allergies, and immunization status Diagnose acute and chronic conditions and develop individualized treatment plans Order and interpret labs, diagnostic tests, and imaging Prescribe medications and therapeutic interventions as appropriate Document care accurately in the electronic health record Coordinate care with interdisciplinary clinical teams and support staff Supervise up to four (4) NPs/PAs, including clinical oversight and collaboration Serve as a trusted clinical resource for patients and care teams Qualifications MD or DO Residency in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Med‑Peds Board Certified or Board Eligible Active California license or ability to obtain Spanish bilingual preferred Equal Opportunity & Fair Chance Equal Opportunity Employer/Veterans/Disabled Military connected talent encouraged to apply The Company will consider qualified applicants with arrest and conviction records in accordance with federal, state, and local laws and/or security clearance requirements, including: California Fair Chance Act Los Angeles City Fair Chance Ordinance Los Angeles County Fair Chance Ordinance for Employers San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance Massachusetts Candidates Only It is unlawful in Massachusetts to require or administer a lie detector test as a condition of employment or continued employment.
