Travel Nurse RN - Labor and Delivery - $2,329 per week

Junxion Med Staffing is seeking a travel nurse RN Labor and Delivery for a travel nursing job in Indianapolis, Indiana. Job Details Specialty: Labor and Delivery Discipline: RN Start Date: 06/29/2026 Duration: 13 weeks 36 hours per week Shift: 12 hours, nights Employment Type: Travel Weekly Hours: 36 Certifications: BLS, NRP, AWHONN Intermediate, ACLS Pay package based on 12‑hour shifts and 36 hours per week, subject to confirmation; tax‑free stipend amount to be determined. Additional: Two supervisor references required; float 100% required at hospital or affiliates; must work 2 of 3 major holidays. Key Responsibilities and Scope of Work Provide labor & delivery nursing care, including administration of blood, amnioinfusion, antihypertensives, insulin drips, Pitocin, prostaglandins, and terbutaline. Use of EFM and IUPC placement and calibration. VBAC management and trial of labor. Neonatal resuscitation, infant identification, newborn assessment. Recovery of C‑Section, APGAR scores, baby nurse (baby catcher) duties. Manage complications such as malpresentations, placenta previa/abruptio, pre‑eclampsia/eclampsia. Assist with high‑risk delivery and vaginal delivery; provide antepartum care. Chart with Cerner system; high‑risk OB unit experience preferred. Floating assignments and holiday coverage as required. Requirements Years of Experience: 1.5 years Certifications (required): BLS, NRP, AWHONN Intermediate; optional: AWHONN Beginner, AWHONN fetal monitoring or C‑EFM. Travel experience: Yes. Licensure: Must be in hand prior to start date; temporary licenses acceptable after permanent license application submitted. Preferred: Trauma Level I experience.
