• Shift: 8-hour day shifts, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

• Estimated Weekly Pay: $970 - $1,040
• Schedule Note: Must be available to work every other weekend
• Patient Population: Children, adolescents, adults, and seniors

Job Requirements

• Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
• At least 1 year of recent experience in behavioral health, psychiatric care, or inpatient clinical support
• Ability to work with all age groups, including pediatrics, adolescents, and adults
• Experience with paper charting preferred
• Strong communication skills and a compassionate, team-oriented approach
• Ability to support a fast-paced inpatient care environment

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on patient care and clinical support under the direction of the nursing team
• Assist patients with daily living activities, personal care, and comfort needs
• Support a safe, structured environment for behavioral health patients in an acute care setting
• Observe and report changes in patient condition to the care team
• Maintain accurate documentation and follow unit procedures
• Work collaboratively with nurses and other healthcare professionals
• Promote dignity, respect, and individualized care for every patient
