This role is critical to keeping recruiting operations running smoothly—owning scheduling, coordination, systems accuracy, and communication across multiple stakeholders.You'll partner closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates to ensure interviews, offers, and hiring workflows are executed efficiently, professionally, and on time.This is a full-time, in-office position based in Greenville, NC. Team members are expected to work from the office Monday through Friday (5 days per week).Key ResponsibilitiesInterview & Hiring CoordinationCoordinate interviews across multiple time zones, roles, and stakeholders.Manage complex scheduling, rescheduling, and last-minute changes with professionalism and urgency.Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the interview process.Ensure interviewers are prepared with calendars, materials, and logistics.Candidate ExperienceDeliver a high-quality, white-glove candidate experience from first contact through offer.Communicate clearly and promptly with candidates regarding interview steps, timelines, and expectations.Act as a brand ambassador in every interaction.Recruiting OperationsMaintain accurate and up-to-date data in the applicant tracking system (ATS).Track candidate progress and ensure hiring workflows move forward without delays.Support offer letter generation, approvals, and background check initiation as needed.Assist with onboarding coordination in partnership with People Operations.Stakeholder SupportPartner with recruiters to prioritize roles and manage interview volume.Support hiring managers with scheduling, process clarity, and interview readiness.Collaborate cross-functionally with HR, People Ops, and Finance when needed.Process ImprovementIdentify inefficiencies and suggest improvements to recruiting workflows and tools.Create and maintain templates, checklists, and coordination best practices.Support recruiting projects such as hiring events, pipeline reviews, or system cleanups.Required Qualifications1–3+ years of experience in recruiting coordination, HR coordination, or a similar operations-focused role.Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Ability to manage high-volume scheduling and competing priorities.Comfort working with applicant tracking systems and calendar tools.Preferred QualificationsExperience supporting fast-paced or high-growth organizations.Familiarity with ATS platforms (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, Workday).Experience coordinating across multiple teams or time zones.Interest in growing into recruiting, talent operations, or HR roles.Why This Role MattersThe Recruiting Coordinator is the operational backbone of the hiring process.
