To drive traffic and revenue, the full-time Affiliate Media Specialist will acquire and manage new affiliate partners, utilizing strong sales skills to optimize performance and build lasting relationships in a remote work environment. Key responsibilities Develop and execute affiliate marketing strategies to enhance revenue growth and brand awareness Identify and recruit new affiliate partners while managing the onboarding process Monitor and analyze affiliate performance metrics to optimize campaigns and maximize ROI Required qualifications Proven experience as an Affiliate Manager or in a similar sales or marketing role Strong sales skills with effective persuasion and negotiation abilities Analytical mindset with the capability to interpret data for informed decision-making Proficiency in using affiliate marketing platforms and tools Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is a bonus
