Ideal Candidate:

• 3+ years of personal injury or civil litigation experience
  
  
• Experience handling pre-litigation and/or litigation matters
  
  
• Strong negotiation and case management abilities
  
  
• Excellent communication and client service skills
  
  
• Motion practice, depositions, or trial experience is a plus
  
  
• Licensed and in good standing in relevant jurisdiction
