Job Description:
- Hands on 5 years of experience on DB2 Administration in Mainframe environment.
- Experience in DB2 Database Administration, Database Refresh, Data Modelling, Data Partitions, Performance Tuning, Production Deployment Support.
- Focus on database design and the ongoing support and administration of databases for a specific application or applications.
- Writing and debugging complex DB's and understand the best ways to incorporate database requests into application programs.
- Work on a specific subset of applications rather than the overall DBMS implementation and database environment.
- Support the application development lifecycle.
- Analyzing and Resolving DB2 related issues. Working with developers and ETL team to improve their LOAD performance.
