Job Overview TNAA TotalMed Allied is seeking a travel Interventional Radiology Technologist for an immediate 13‑week assignment in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. The position requires 40 hours per week with daily 10‑hour shifts, and is offered on a travel basis. Key Details Specialty: Interventional Radiology Technologist Discipline: Allied Health Professional Duration: 13 weeks Hours: 40 per week, 10‑hour shifts Employment Type: Travel Responsibilities Operate fluoroscopic equipment and assist physicians with minimally invasive, image‑guided procedures. Review imaging requests, confirm patient identification, and explain procedures to patients, providing reassurance and support. Assist in scrubbing for all diagnostic and interventional procedures. Monitor patients during all procedures. Maintain accurate patient records. Adhere to radiation protection standards and use protective devices to safeguard patients and operators. Apply knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and pathology to interpret exam requests accurately. Operate intravenous (IV) and dye injector pumps. Use the McKesson PACS system. Qualifications Minimum 1 year of recent acute‑care experience. BLS, ACLS, and ARRT (R) national certification; state‑specific licensing when required. Preferred: Vascular Interventional certificate. Ability to stand, walk, bend, lean, or stoop for extended periods. Sound knowledge of anatomy, physiology, pathology, and medical terminology. Additional certifications may be required before assignment. Compensation Pay is based on a 40‑hour week with 10‑hour shifts; a tax‑free stipend amount will be determined.
