Collaborate with Multidisciplinary Teams: Work closely with OTs, PTs, STs, medical professionals, and nursing staff to ensure holistic and comprehensive patient care. Monitor and Keep Track of Progress: Document clinical outcomes, making necessary adjustments to the treatment plan to keep patients on the path to recovery. Education Requirements Master's or Doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution. Ongoing education or additional certifications encouraged and supported. Certification Requirements Current Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license. NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification is mandatory.
