We encourage applications from people across all races, gender, age, religion, identity, sexual orientation, disability and veteran status..Duties:- Provide direct care and support to individuals with developmental disabilities- Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming- Administer medication and monitor vital signs under the supervision of a nurse- Implement individualized care plans and ensure resident rights are respected- Assist with meal preparation and feeding- Maintain a clean and safe living environment- Provide companionship and engage individuals in recreational activitiesMinimum Qualifications:A positive attitude and willingness to learnCompassion and a desire to help others18 years of age or olderAbility to pass a background checkValid US driver's licenseBasic computer skillsAbility to read, write, and speak the English languageQualifications: - Previous experience in working with individuals with developmental disabilities is preferred- Knowledge of resident rights and person-centered care approach- Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team- Strong communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to maintain confidentiality and respect privacyPlease note that this position requires the ability to lift up to 50 poundsEducation:High school or equivalent (Required)Pay Frequency:BiweeklyWork Location: In personIf you are compassionate, dedicated, and have a passion for helping others, we encourage you to apply for this rewarding position!Please submit your resume highlighting relevant experience.
