Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to understand the unique needs of clients, honing in on their emotional, social, and academic challenges.

• Provide therapy to adolescents and young adults through telecommunication platforms, utilizing evidence-based practices to enhance therapeutic outcomes.

• Prepare and maintain accurate clinical documentation, secure client files, and participate in case consultation and supervision sessions as needed.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field.

• An active, valid license as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• Demonstrated ability to triage and prioritize tasks effectively in a dynamic environment while fostering high-quality therapeutic relationships.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, enabling you to motivate clients and promote a supportive therapeutic relationship.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience working with the adolescent population, especially in a remote or telehealth setting.

• Familiarity with evidence-based therapies such as CBT, DBT, or family systems therapy.

Compensation and Benefits\n
