Hope's Outlet in Whitehall, MI is looking for a Sales Associate to join our mission-minded team. Our ideal candidate is a hard working, reliable person who loves customer service and ministry! Retail Sales Associates are important ambassadors of the Hope's Outlet brand and work on the front lines of our mission field. You'll be responsible for assisting our customers, cleaning and organizing the store, and supporting the management team with other various tasks. This is a fast paced job; no day looks exactly the same!

Responsibilities

• Assisting customers as needed
• Running cash register and bagging merchandise
• Cleaning and organizing sales floor
• Working with a team of people to accomplish various projects
• Tagging and putting out merchandise and clothing
• Maintaining and updating displays
• Performing other tasks as needed

Qualifications

• Retail or non-profit ministry experience preferred
• Physical requirements include the ability to lift and move boxes weighing 25 lbs. or more and the ability to stand for extended periods of time.
