Position Overview

The Chief Operating Officer (COO) is responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations across the organization , driving efficiency, and ensuring that business strategies are executed effectively.

This role involves close collaboration with the CEO, executive leadership team, and department heads to optimize operational processes, manage cross-functional initiatives, and support organizational growth and performance.

Key Responsibilities

Lead daily operations and ensure alignment with strategic objectives

Develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and best practices

Drive process improvements, efficiency initiatives, and performance optimization

Oversee department leaders, including finance, HR, IT, and operations teams

Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics across the organization

Support mergers, acquisitions, and integration efforts from an operational perspective

Collaborate with executive leadership to identify growth opportunities and operational risks

Manage resource allocation, budgeting, and operational planning

Foster a high-performance culture and develop talent within the operations team

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Management, or a related field; advanced degree (MBA) preferred
