Our growing State Farm agency is looking for a Customer Relations Specialist who enjoys helping people and providing exceptional customer service. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, solving problems, staying organized, and creating a positive customer experience. Insurance experience is helpful but not required. We are willing to train the right candidate.

Responsibilities:

• Assist customers with policy questions and account changes
• Provide excellent customer service by phone, email, and in person
• Maintain accurate customer records
• Support agency operations and administrative processes
• Follow up on customer requests and service needs
• Build positive long-term relationships with clients

Compensation: $23.00 - $26.00 per hour
