These contract positions require passionate individuals committed to supporting student communication and language development from early childhood through elementary levels.


Position Details:

• Full-time SLP roles, working directly with school-aged children
• Position 1: Provide services to elementary students
• Position 2: Focus on early childhood, working with children ages 0-5
• Both positions require on-site presence-virtual work is not available
• These positions are not open to SLP Assistants (SLPA)

Preferred Experience and Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Valid, current state licensure as an SLP (CFY and CCC accepted)
• Previous experience in a school-based environment preferred
• Strong diagnostic and therapeutic skills for diverse caseloads
• Motivated collaborator with exceptional communication abilities
• Passion for fostering growth in young learners

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform screenings, evaluations, and develop individualized treatment plans
• Deliver high-quality speech/language therapy to meet each student's unique needs
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to maximize student progress
• Maintain accurate records and document service delivery
• Consult regularly on Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) and attend meetings as needed
• Stay current with best practices and compliance requirements in pediatric speech-language pathology
