About the Position

Job Title: Operating Room Registered Nurse Profession: Registered Nurse Specialty: Operating Room Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 12 hours Experience: Minimum of 2 years in Operating Room License: Active Registered Nurse license required Certifications: ACLS BLS NIHSS PALS Must-Have: General, Orthopedic, Neuro, Trauma, and ENT experience Pediatric experience preferred Description: We are seeking an Operating Room Registered Nurse. This position requires experience in General, Orthopedic, Neuro, Trauma, and ENT procedures. Pediatric experience is preferred. The RN will work 3x12-hour shifts from Friday to Sunday. There will be no call duty required for this position. Candidates should have experience with a variety of surgical procedures. We require the following skills: Abdominal Aortic Aneurysm repair, Hysterectomy, Amputations, and other listed surgical skills. Successful candidates will demonstrate strong clinical judgment and decision-making skills. This role involves collaboration with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient care. Full compliance with infection control protocols and safety regulations is mandatory. The daily census in the unit ranges from 35 to 40 patients.
