You’ll provide exceptional customer service and serve as the primary point of contact for tenants, clients and visitors. This entry-level position provides an outstanding opportunity to launch your career in commercial property management, where you'll work alongside experienced professionals who are committed to your growth and development.**What your day-to-day will look like:*** Serve as the primary point of contact for tenant inquiries, requests, and concerns via phone, email, and in-person interactions* Process and coordinate work orders for maintenance, repairs, and facility services to ensure timely resolution of tenant needs* Collaborate with property management, engineering, and vendor teams to ensure seamless service delivery and tenant satisfaction* Support building events, communications, and community engagement initiatives that enhance the tenant experience* Provide administrative support including data entry, document preparation, and maintenance of tenant databases* All other tasks which may be required to comply with Property Management Agreements, local ordinances, or as necessary to ensure property operations**On-site presence required****Complete job description available on JLL's internal portal****Required qualifications:*** High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s or Bachelor's degree preferred* 1-2 years of customer service experience in hospitality, retail, or office environments* 1-2 years of experience with work order management systems and vendor coordination* Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional, friendly demeanor* Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously* Reliable attendance and punctuality with commitment to providing consistent, high-quality serviceThis position does not provide visa sponsorship. Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.**Estimated compensation for this position:**65,000.00 – 71,000.00 USD per year*This range is an estimate and actual compensation may differ.
