Operating Room Registered Nurse (RN) CirculatorRiverView Health is seeking an experienced Operating Room Registered Nurse (RN) Circulator to join a collaborative surgical services team in Crookston, Minnesota. This position offers the opportunity to work across a diverse range of surgical specialties in a community-focused Critical Access Hospital committed to delivering exceptional patient care.As a Circulating RN, you will work closely with surgeons, CRNAs, surgical technologists, and fellow nursing staff to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality perioperative care throughout the surgical experience.Surgical ServicesThe Surgical Services Department includes three Operating Rooms and two Endoscopy Suites. Case mix includes:Upper and lower endoscopy proceduresGeneral surgery (open and laparoscopic)Orthopedic surgeryTotal joint replacementsSports medicine proceduresSpine proceduresPodiatryOB/GYN procedures, including Cesarean sectionsCardiac pacemaker insertionsPain management proceduresScheduleMonday – FridayRotating 8-hour shifts between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PMShared call rotationEvery fourth weekend call rotationQualificationsRequired:Current Minnesota Registered Nurse (RN) license or ability to obtain prior to startMinimum one year of Operating Room Circulating experienceCurrent BLS certificationCurrent ACLS certificationCurrent PALS certificationPreferred:Critical Access Hospital experienceExperience circulating orthopedic, spine, and general surgery proceduresStrong communication and interdisciplinary teamwork skillsExperience with electronic medical record systemsWhy RiverView HealthRiverView Health is a community-owned, non-profit healthcare organization that has served northwest Minnesota since 1898.
