Description Position Summary We're looking for the brightest and best Guest Services Agent that retains a friendly, welcoming demeanor, excellent customer service, and that will play a vital part in making our guests' vacation memorable from registration to checkout. Job Summary:
• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Availability to work weekends, occasional on call shifts, and holidays in the office as required.
• Reliable transportation to and from work & housing secured in Summit County or surrounding counties.

- Greet all guests and make them feel welcome.
- Process check-in/check-out of guests, process any guest credits and/or charges.
- Contacting guests and welcoming them upon their arrival and exit.
- Act as an advocate for guests during their stay including efficient processing of all guest inquiries and/or complaints to appropriate personnel in order to maintain. the highest level of guest satisfaction during their stay.
- Upon request, provide guests with information regarding local activities such as skiing, snowmobile, fishing, dining, hiking etc.
- Perform clerical duties such as answering phones, email correspondence, typing, filing, and computer data entry as necessary.
- Audit key cards and physical keys daily to make sure they are available for guests and staff.
