We are seeking a driven, people-focused Recruiter to join our Pensacola team. In this role, you will play a critical part in attracting, sourcing, and onboarding qualified drivers who are the foundation of our transportation operation. You'll build relationships with candidates, guide them through the hiring process, and help create a positive recruiting experience from first contact through onboarding.

What You'll Do as a Recruiter:

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

• Source, identify, and attract qualified driver candidates through multiple recruiting channels.
• Conduct interviews and candidate screenings to assess qualifications and fit.
• Manage candidates throughout the recruitment and hiring process.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective drivers.
• Promote career opportunities through job fairs, networking events, community outreach, and referral programs.
• Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience from initial contact through onboarding.

Candidate Relationship Management

• Serve as the primary point of contact for applicants throughout the hiring process.
• Communicate regularly with candidates regarding hiring status and next steps.
• Build strong relationships with prospective drivers and community partners.
• Provide information about company opportunities, expectations, and benefits.
• Address candidate questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner.

Onboarding & Retention Support

• Coordinate onboarding activities for newly hired drivers.
• Assist with new hire orientation and documentation requirements.
• Partner with operations and leadership teams to ensure a smooth transition into active service.
• Support initiatives designed to improve driver engagement and retention.
• Follow up with new hires to promote long-term success and satisfaction.

Recruitment Operations & Reporting

• Maintain accurate recruiting records and applicant tracking information.
• Monitor recruiting metrics, hiring progress, and staffing needs.
• Prepare reports and provide updates to management as requested.
• Collaborate with leadership to develop effective recruiting strategies.
• Identify opportunities to improve recruiting processes and hiring outcomes.

Qualifications of a Recruiter:

• Experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, human resources, staffing, customer service, sales, or a related field preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent relationship-building and networking abilities.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple openings and priorities simultaneously.
