Procurement & Supply Chain Chief

Benefits: Competitive salary Health insurance We are seeking a hands‑on Procurement & Supply Chain Chief to lead and strengthen the purchasing, warehouse, inventory, and materials management functions of a growing automotive armoring company. This position will play a key role in building and improving procurement and warehouse processes, establishing effective inventory controls, developing supplier relationships, and ensuring the timely availability of materials, components, and services required for production . The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a developing manufacturing environment and will have the initiative to identify opportunities, implement practical procedures, and improve the infrastructure and organization needed to support increasing production volumes and upcoming projects. The role will work closely with Production, Management, suppliers, and warehouse personnel to ensure an efficient flow of materials—from purchasing and receiving through inventory control, kitting, and delivery to the production floor. Responsibilities include supplier and purchasing management, purchase order follow‑up, inventory accuracy, warehouse organization, material planning, logistics coordination, reporting, and continuous operational improvement. The successful candidate should have at least 3 years of experience in purchasing and/or warehouse operations , preferably within manufacturing or automotive environments, with strong organizational and planning skills. Experience with Fishbowl, Microsoft Excel, inventory management, technical documentation, and ISO 9001 quality systems is preferred. Forklift certification is a plus.
