In this fast-paced, hands-on role, you will be an essential link in the supply chain—managing inventory, prepping orders for shipping, and keeping the facility organized. This is an ideal position for safety-conscious individuals who thrive in a team environment, enjoy staying active, and take pride in accuracy and efficiency.Key ResponsibilitiesOrder Fulfillment & ShippingPicking & Packing: Accurately pull items based on customer orders using RF scanners, pick lists, and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS). Pack, label, wrap, and flat-pack goods securely for outbound shipment.Staging & Loading: Prepare, assemble, and stage packing lists. Wrap pallets accurately and load outbound trucks efficiently while ensuring freight is secure.Value-Added Services: Perform light assembly, repacking, labeling, and ticketing as required by specific client accounts.Receiving & InventoryInbound Freight: Unload incoming trailers, verify manifest accuracy, sort shipments, and inspect goods for any damage.Inventory Management: Assist in daily stock checks, cycle counts, and stock replenishment to ensure system records match the physical shelves.Material Handling: Operate manual and powered equipment (hand trucks, dollies, pallet jacks) to move materials safely across the warehouse floor.
