Registered Dietician (RD) - Part-time OpportunityWe are seeking a skilled and experienced Part-time Registered Dietician (RD) to join our talented team at AdviniaCare Newton-Wellesley, located in Wellesley, Massachusetts. As a Part-time RD, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional nutrition services to our residents and patients.About the Role:As a Registered Dietician, you will complete all required nutritional assessments and documentation according to state and federal regulations. You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to provide nutritional expertise and food service oversight to our facility kitchen operations. Your expertise will ensure that our residents and patients receive high-quality, personalized nutrition care.Responsibilities:Conduct nutritional assessments and documentation according to state and federal regulationsProvide nutritional expertise and food service oversight to facility kitchen operationsCollaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized nutrition plansEvaluate meal quality, dining programs, and texture modified diet preparationEnsure compliance with dietary regulations and standardsMaintain accurate and detailed records of patient/resident nutrition careParticipate in quality improvement initiatives and projectsRequirements:Must be a registered dietitian credentialed by the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR)Must maintain current licensure as a Registered Dietitian (RD) in the Commonwealth of MassachusettsLong Term Care experience preferredServSafe or other similar national food safety certification preferredMust maintain all appropriate registrations, licensure, continuing education credits, or other such requirements in good standing as needed to maintain employmentSufficient knowledge of food production and distribution, to evaluate meal quality, dining programs, and texture modified diet preparationAbility to multitask and prioritize when needed, be comfortable working as part of a multi-disciplinary teamExperience with electronic charting (PCC preferred)What We Offer:Competitive salaryPart-time schedule: 16 hours/weekOpportunity to work with a compassionate and respectful teamProfessional development and growth opportunitiesHow to Apply:If you are a motivated and experienced Registered Dietician looking for a new challenge, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
