What You’ll Need to Succeed:
- Valid Special Education Teacher Certification (K–6)
- Experience working with elementary-level students (3rd–6th grade preferred)

- Ability to create inclusive lesson plans and track student progress
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
Your Role Will Include:
- Providing individualized and small group instruction to 3rd–6th graders (resource caseload: 10–12 students)
- Developing and implementing IEPs in collaboration with a supportive school team
- Creating an engaging, inclusive classroom environment
- Monitoring progress, adjusting instruction, and maintaining documentation
- Participating in team meetings and professional development
