Education Coordinator

Inspire learning, coordinate success, and make an impact every day! Westaff is looking for an Education Coordinator for a local non‑profit in Helena, MT! Term: Temporary, 2+ months Schedule: Full Time Shift: Monday-Friday, 8am - 5pm Pay: $25/hour What You Will Do: Coordinate the planning and execution of educational programs, conferences, trade shows, webinars, and other member events. Manage post-event activities and provide registration, logistics, and tracking support for state and federal grant- or contract funded education initiatives. Create, collects/compiles evaluations for educational offerings. Manage the event management database, distribution lists, and communications. Develop and distribute marketing materials, correspondence, meeting minutes, and promotional communications. What You Will Bring: Associate or bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, or similar preferred A minimum of 3 years of experience in administrative support, project coordination, or member services strongly preferred. Experience in a membership association and/or healthcare environment preferred. Valid Montana Driver's License. Experience working with project management platforms and website content management systems. *Successful applicant(s) will be subject to a background check.
