AV Technician

Kavaliro is seeking an AV Technician to support a client in St. Louis, Missouri. Responsibilities Direct A/V support for classrooms, academic spaces, and events Troubleshoot moderately complex A/V and classroom technology issues Support installations, setups, system status monitoring, and downtime procedures Train, schedule, and manage staff and/or student employees Skills Streaming and web‑conferencing knowledge Camera operation Understanding of room A/V equipment Portable sound reinforcement and video projection Strong customer service Adaptability, organization, communication, and flexibility Willingness to work extended hours when needed Education and Qualifications Minimum qualifications : Associate’s degree plus 2 years of related experience, or equivalent combination Experience with A/V and classroom controller hardware/software Technical knowledge of video and web conferencing tools Experience with both Windows and Apple systems Preferred qualifications : InfoComm CTS certification Experience in higher education A/V or technology support Experience training others on technology use EEO and Equal Opportunity Kavaliro provides Equal Employment Opportunities to all employees and applicants.
