Project Manager - Heavy Civil Construction

Project ManagerCycle Construction builds the civil and marine infrastructure that keeps South Louisiana moving. We are hiring a Project Manager to run multiple heavy construction projects from award to closeout including owning the budget, schedule, and client relationships, with real authority and a direct line to executive leadership.Competitive salary based on experienceFull medical, dental, disability, and life insurance401(k) with company matchPaid holidays and PTOA stable, growing company that treats its people like familyFull P&L on your projects: budgets, cost-to-complete, and profit performanceProject schedules, subcontracts, RFIs/submittals, and change ordersWeekly jobsite and owner/engineer meetingsDirect relationships with owners, engineers, subs and suppliersField handoffs, site inspections, and closeout through project financial review3+ years managing civil, marine or heavy construction projectsBachelor's in Construction Management, Civil Engineering or related fieldTime management skills - specifically balancing time spent between office and active jobsitesWorking knowledge of HCSS HeavyBid/HeavyJob, Procore, Bluebeam or similarValid driver's license and TWIC card (or ability to obtain one)
