Supply Chain Operations Manager

Supply Chain & Operations Planning ManagerSeeking an experienced Supply Chain & Operations Planning Manager to lead demand planning, production planning, inventory management, and end-to-end supply chain operations. This role will oversee a planning team, optimize inventory, drive S&OP processes, and ensure efficient product availability while supporting business growth and operational excellence.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and develop the supply chain and planning team.Manage demand forecasting, S&OP, and master production scheduling.Oversee inventory planning, safety stock, and inventory accuracy.Coordinate with procurement, production, logistics, and sales to ensure timely product availability.Manage supplier performance, production planning, and contract manufacturing activities.Utilize ERP (preferably Syspro) for planning, MRP/MPS, inventory, and reporting.Develop KPIs, analyze supply chain performance, and recommend process improvements.Support new product launches and cross-functional planning initiatives.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Operations, or a related field.6+ years of supply chain, production planning, or operations experience.Minimum 3 years of people management experience.Strong background in demand planning, inventory management, and S&OP.Experience in manufacturing, food & beverage, cosmetics, skincare, or consumer products preferred.Hands-on ERP experience (Syspro preferred).Advanced Excel skills with strong analytical abilities.APICS CPIM/CSCP certification and Power BI/Tableau experience are a plus.Preferred SkillsProduction planning and MRP expertise.Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.Experience working with contract manufacturers and multiple suppliers.Knowledge of inventory optimization and supply chain analytics.
