Today we are looking for a Full Time - Year Round Apartment Maintenance Technician II to join our team at Williamsburg Way Apartments in Columbus, IN! Schedule Monday - Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM day shift hours, on-call 1 week every 4 weeks. Full Time - Year Round work. No layoffs and overtime potential available! HVAC Experience Required and Certification (EPA) strongly preferred Valid driver's license and reliable transportation A maintenance skills assessment is administered during the interview process for this position This role requires pre-employment screenings that include a criminal background check and drug screening.
