Mechanical Process Engineer

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM. Occasional 6:00 AM starts and overtime may be required. Pay: $50-$54/hr on W2 Duration: 12-month contract-to-hire Key Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering or a related Engineering field 5+ years of Process Engineering experience Minimum 2 years in chemical manufacturing; experience in pharmaceutical/cGMP manufacturing is strongly preferred Experience with process improvement, root cause analysis, CAPA, MOC, validation, SPC, and Lean/DMAIC Hands-on experience supporting manufacturing equipment, process controls, troubleshooting, and capital projects Knowledge of cGMP, FDA, ISO, OSHA, and other applicable regulations Strong communication, presentation, analytical, and problem-solving skills Russell Tobin is a leading minority-owned professional and technical recruitment and staffing advisory organization.
