The Enterprise Reconciliation Center of Excellence (COE) Manager is responsible for leading reconciliation and operational accounting activities across suspense, cash, and other transitory accounts for all supported business divisions, ensuring timely and accurate reconciliations, resolution of complex reconciling items, and effective management of financial and operational risk.

This role provides day-to-day leadership and oversight of the COE team, including prioritizing work, reviewing aging and outstanding suspense items, driving issue resolution and escalation, and ensuring reconciliation activities are completed in accordance with established controls, service levels, and performance expectations.

The Manager partners closely with Accounting, Operations, Treasury, Tax, EFS, Technology, and divisional stakeholders to address upstream and downstream issues and strengthen end-to-end processes.

• The Manager also supports month-end and quarter-end close, internal and external audit requests, ICFR and control activities, process documentation, system and process enhancements, and strategic initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong accounting and suspense account reconciliation experience, demonstrated people leadership, and the ability to manage complex priorities across multiple business lines in a fast-paced environment.

• Experience managing workloads
• Approvals from members of team
• Great Excel skills, know how to pull large data sets, find answers, analyze, tracing back.
• Will be able to be hands on to support the team, in tying back accounting entries and report out as well.
• Strong Accounting background
