As a bartender at Tucanos, you’re not just behind the bar—you’re at the heart of the celebration. With every handcrafted cocktail and every warm welcome, you help set the tone for the entire guest experience.

You’ll craft vibrant Brazilian-inspired beverages, recommend perfect pairings, and guide guests through a flavorful journey they won’t forget.

You’ll also engage in real conversations, check in with guests throughout their meal, and help them feel personally cared for—on both sides of the bar.

Behind the scenes, you'll maintain an organized, clean, and fully stocked bar, follow all liquor laws, and work with our point-of-sale system to keep service running smoothly.

What We’re Looking For:

• - A warm, upbeat communicator who loves making people feel welcome

• - 1+ years of bartending experience preferred

• - Strong multitasker with attention to detail and cleanliness

• - Skilled at handling POS systems and cash transactions

• - Must follow all alcohol and safety regulations

• - Team player with flexible availability and a polished presence
