Project Manager - Pregnancy Registries Team

Senior Project Manager position leading pregnancy registry projects at Thermo Fisher Scientific. Manages cross-functional teams to deliver complex, multi-region initiatives while serving as primary sponsor contact and ensuring quality, timeline, and budget adherence.

Responsibilities

Serve as primary sponsor contact and overall project lead accountable for delivery
Manage project budgets, resources, and scope; drive contract modifications and negotiations
Lead cross-functional teams across multiple regions and vendors with clear communication pathways
Identify risks, resolve issues, and ensure compliance with regulatory and organizational policies
Mentor team members and contribute to process improvement initiatives

Requirements

Pregnancy registry project experience required
Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification
8+ years related project management experience
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and systems (CTMS, Preclarus, Clarity)
Advanced cross-functional project management and financial acumen
Therapeutic area knowledge and clinical development expertise
Strong negotiation and interpersonal leadership skills
